Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Bio Cell is no longer responsible for the package. Any issues related to loss, theft, delay, or misdelivery must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. We do not refund or replace orders that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or otherwise affected by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier errors, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, weather delays, or other carrier-related issues.
The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
